ABOUT US
Greetings, I am Saphir and I am the CEO and Founder of IAIW I Am Over Who I Was. I am a certified counsellor and Life/Relationship coach.

As a cultured woman and a social entrepreneur, I started IAIW because I realised that there was a need to help others gain access to psychological therapy that, at times can be costly and inaccessible.
I want IAIW to be your one-stop platform to meet your mental health needs and support you on your journey of mental wellness. I will provide solutions through mental health-friendly products and services.

I focus on:

-
Understanding how childhood relational patterns learned in your family of origin keep recurring in your adult relationships, leaving you stuck in unhelpful emotional cycles
-
Relationship coaching and learning how to build healthy and secure relationships in adulthood
-
Inner child work and re-parenting
-
Boundaries and self-expression
-
Trauma-informed and body-oriented approaches based on working with the autonomic nervous system
-
Life purpose, fulfillment and meaning
-
Life transitions and finding purpose in pain
-
Self-compassion
-
CBT (Cognitive Behaviourial Therapy)

I am Bantu a qualified therapist at IAIW I Am Over Who I Was.
As a cultured man and an entrepreneur, I am well invested in IAIW because
I believe the most important relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself. Learning to understand your mind and change unhelpful patterns of thinking is one of the best things you can do to improve your mental health and wellbeing. With the right knowledge and tools, you can experience a happier life with less stress, anxiety and being overwhelmed.

As an experienced Therapist, I can help you develop the coping strategies you need to reduce psychological distress and difficulty. I can also show you how to cultivate more emotional resilience, so no matter what life throws at you, you’ll be able to bounce back.
Our minds are our most important asset. We need to value and care for them like any other part of the body.
